How to Apply to IUE Disability Support Center

Application process is based on following steps:

1. Student Affairs Directorate is informed about student’s disability during initial registration.
2. If the student is willing, he/she applies to the “Disabled Support Center” with his/her valid report.
3. Student’s needs are identified with the Center staff. “Adjustment Request Form” is filled out to determine the necessary adjustments.
4. Once the student is registered, the student’s requests and disability status are communicated to the instructors from whom the course is being taken by the unit coordinator via OASIS twice a semester.
5. Student may request additional adjustments during the semester if necessary.
6. All information disclosed is confidential.

Important Information: Students, who did not notify their disability during the initial registration, or whose disability occurred later, can apply to Disability Support Centre whenever they wish. There is no time restraint for applying.
